Easter Weekend Craft Fairs in Lancashire
The long weekend is nearly upon us! If you’re looking for somewhere to go over the Easter weekend which doesn’t depend on the weather, consider one of these two events.
On Easter Sunday, I’ll be at Fir Tree Farm in St Helens: http://www.firtreefarmshop.org.uk/index.html It’s a venue which has held Farmers’ Markets very successfully and is now hosting craft markets. The postcode is WA11 8RG.
If you’re twiddling your thumbs on Easter Monday, there’s an Easter Extravaganza going on at http://www.samlesburyhall.co.uk - lots of fun for children and lots of stalls to browse, indoors and out. I’ll be there with the 1st Unique Gifts goodies. Samlesbury Hall is a few minutes from J31 of the M6 or J6 of the M65. The postcode is PR5 0UP. It’s well worth a visit just to see the building and its amazing stained glass windows. It’s the only place I’ve ever exhibited where people have been standing in front of my stall but gazing behind me at the windows!!
I’m hoping (like everyone else) for a lovely sunny Easter weekend, but even if it isn’t, we hope we can bring a smile to your face! It’d be lovely to see you at one of the events. Come and say hello and introduce yourself - I love meeting people who’ve discovered events via this blog, it definitely helps to make it worthwhile!!
