Ideally, the best form of contact for us is email - we spend our time covered in paint, so emails are often the most manageable form of communication and are usually checked several times a day, including out of hours and most weekends.  However, the phone does get answered whenever possible so do feel free to use it during office hours!

If you haven't had an answer to your email, please check your junk mail - occasionally an email gets caught in spam filters, currently a problem with Hotmail in particular.
